Dr. Pearl Youth & Beauty Institute was established in 1982 in the United States. It has been welcomed by the public for more than 25 years not only for its many helpful services but also its products. There are many reasons behind why.
1) Dr. Pearl has inherited the secrets of herbal formulation from a royal emperor’s private physician in Qin Dynasty, China: Din Gan Ren’s family. With this solid foundation, she carefully and knowledgably prescribes beautiful formulas for health and beauty.
