	Michael Li After receiving a degree in industrial engineering from Pharmaceutical College, Michael joined one of China's most valued pharmaceutical companies: Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Medicine Group. Michael has held many positions, including Supervisor of Research and Development, Production Manager, Technology Director, and finally Vice President of the company as well as a member of the Board of Directors. As Supervisor of Research and Development, Michael was responsible for introducing anti-infiltration (reverse osmosis) techniques in the production of natural medicines for the first time in the history of the industry. Under his tenure as Vice President, Michael successfully managed manufacturing operations, technical improvements, equipment management, quality control, and business administration. In addition, Michael managed to secure Australian GMP validation, another first among Chinese pharmaceutical companies. For the past 30 years, Michael has had profound hands-on experience in all aspects of the Chinese medicinal production including discovery & innovation and GMP in manufacturing & administration, culminating in significant contributions to the entire Chinese pharmaceutical industry.

	Ana Ana obtained a degree in medicinal manufacturing engineering from Pharmaceutical College and has also received a professional pharmacy license. She joined one of China's most valued pharmaceutical companies: Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Medicine Group as a Supervisor in Research & Development. Ana oversaw many aspects of new drug development including new process technology and established quality control standards. She managed the technical areas of new drug manufacturing across small, medium, and large scale production runs. Ana has considerable experience in directing the development of China State Drug Administration Classes I through III "new chemical entity" drugs and phase II research and development for nationally classified (top secret) therapeutics and medical products. Ana's expertise in the pharmaceutical industry involves the complete drug manufacturing process lifecycle including GM implementation.
